• License Agreement Enforcement Practice

    Enforcing the residential License Agreement is a component of customer service.  Enforcement practices are an administrative process upholding a legal agreement between the University (HDCS) and its residents.  This administrative process is governed by several federal and state statutes as well as campus policies.  As the property is part of an educational environment, the overall philosophy is to be educational whenever possible in resolving concerns.

    The University policies and practice directives are developed, reviewed and modified on an ongoing basis. The official versions of university policies as well as the Administration & Finance practice directives are contained on this website. These are updated continuously, as changes are approved by the appropriate approving authority.
