Enforcing the residential License Agreement is a component of customer service.  Enforcement practices are an administrative process upholding a legal agreement between the University (HDCS) and its residents.  This administrative process is governed by several federal and state statutes as well as campus policies.  As the property is part of an educational environment, the overall philosophy is to be educational whenever possible in resolving concerns.
